An established and forward thinking organisation is seeking an experienced Reward Advisor to join their HR team on a 6 month interim basis, starting immediately. This is an excellent opportunity for a reward specialist who enjoys analytical work, process improvement, and supporting business stakeholders across a global environment.
Based in London working on a hybrid basis 2 days a week in the office
Temporary day rate contract.
As the Reward Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering core reward activities across the business. You'll support annual reward cycles, contribute to global reward processes, and act as a subject matter expert for HR colleagues and stakeholders.
You will work independently while collaborating closely with senior reward leaders to ensure delivery of ongoing and cyclical reward activities.

Key Responsibilities - Support delivery of the overall Reward agenda, including leading on specific processes and projects.
- Lead and support implementation of new reward systems and processes across the organisation.
- Support system set up, testing, and configuration for reward processes globally.
- Play a central role in the annual pay review process budgeting, analysis, reporting (including executive reporting), and global communication materials.
- Provide SME level advice across HR and the business on reward topics.
- Analyse reward data, identify trends, and provide insight to support decision making.
- Work with Future Talent teams to benchmark early career roles and ensure competitive pay and benefits.
- Support benchmarking surveys, job evaluation processes, and off cycle reward approvals.
- Prepare benchmarking and market analysis for new hire packages and compensation proposals.
- Partner with Benefits and Global Mobility teams on adhoc reward initiatives.
- Help design and refine reward mechanisms that ensure fair and customer focused outcomes.
Skills & Experience - Strong experience within a Reward function.
- High level of numeracy and strong analytical capability.
- Excellent Excel skills (advanced user) and strong PowerPoint capability; VBA desirable.
- Understanding of reward frameworks, remuneration structures, and regulatory environments.
- Confident in guiding and influencing HR and business stakeholders.
- Comfortable working with multiple data sources and delivering high quality modelling and analysis.
Qualifications - CIPD qualification desirable
