We’re continually seeking experienced Temporary HR Advisors to support Schools and academies. If you have recent HR experience, hold CIPD Level 5, and can confidently step into short-term or ongoing assignments, we want to hear from you.
You’ll provide hands-on support with employee relations cases, investigations, absence management, policy queries, Grievances and day-to-day HR advice, ensuring a smooth and compliant service during peak periods or staff absences.
