Description
- Provide HR advice and support to staff and management in line with company policies.
- Assist in managing recruitment processes, including job postings, shortlisting, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with employment regulations.
- Address employee relations matters, including handling queries and resolving issues professionally.
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives and projects to enhance organisational efficiency.
- Deliver training sessions and workshops on HR policies and procedures as required.
- Contribute to the development and updating of HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure the smooth running of daily HR operations.
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
- Previous experience in a Human Resources role, ideally within the education sector.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
