HR Administrator for a 1–2 month temporary assignment. This hybrid role is perfect for someone confident with HR processes, detail-focused, and ready to bring energy and accuracy to a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities - Draft, issue and manage contracts, offer letters and onboarding documentation
- Maintain employee records using Cascade or a similar HRIS
- Support generalist HR administration across the full employee lifecycle
- Respond promptly to HR inbox queries with professionalism
- Assist with compliance checks, right-to-work documentation and data accuracy
- Track HR processes, follow up actions and ensure smooth workflow
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a seamless HR service
Skills & Experience Required - Prior experience in HR administration (ideally 1–2 years)
- Knowledge of the Cascade HR system or comparable platform
- Excellent organisational skills and a strong eye for detail
- Proactive approach with confidence to take ownership
- Clear, polished written and verbal communication
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment
