Description
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to support the organisation's goals.
- Ensure full compliance with safer recruitment and regulatory standards
- Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary recruitment and compliance team
- Drive process improvement and efficiency across recruitment workflows
- Own and lead the recruitment function across clinical and non-clinical roles
- Monitor and review policies and procedures to ensure they remain up-to-date and effective.
- Manage recruitment KPIs including time-to-hire and quality metrics
- Partner with senior stakeholders and provide clear recruitment briefings
- Lead recruitment-related change projects during periods of transformation
- Oversee audits, risk management, and regulatory readiness
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and AI
Profile
A successful Recruitment & Compliance Manager should have:
- Experience managing large teams and complex workloads
- Proven experience leading recruitment in regulated environments
- Strong working knowledge of recruitment compliance and employment law
- Confident stakeholder manager, comfortable influencing senior leaders
- Experience owning and improving recruitment processes end-to-end
- Data-driven, with experience using KPIs to drive performance
- Comfortable operating during organisational change
- Pragmatic, resilient, and delivery-focused leadership style
- Exposure to healthcare, education, or care sectors highly desirable
