Senior HR Advisor – Northampton | up to £55,000
Elevation Recruitment Group is partnering with a highly commercial and growing organisation in Northampton to appoint an experienced Senior HR Advisor. Reporting into the Chief People Officer, this role works closely with the Senior Leadership Team, providing pragmatic, commercially focused HR advice, and support across the business.
With a headcount of c.250 and clear growth plans, this is a hands-on, senior advisory role suited to someone confident operating at pace, influencing decision-making, and supporting leaders through change.

Duties of the Senior HR Advisor / HRBP will include:
- Acting as a senior advisor to leaders, aligning people activity with business priorities
- Providing expert guidance on employee relations, performance management and organisational development
- Supporting talent management activity, including appraisals, succession planning and leadership development
- Contributing to and supporting change and transformation initiatives at both site and Group level
- Advising across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring a consistent and compliant approach
- Liaising with HR colleagues across 3-4 European locations
- Supporting future M&A activity as the organisation continues to grow
What we’re looking for:
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Proven experience supporting and influencing senior stakeholders
- Commercially aware, with the ability to balance people risk with business needs
- Discreet, credible and confident handling complex and sensitive matters
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
