In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping the onboarding experience for new colleagues, delivering high-quality training that sets them up for success from day one.
What you’ll be doing:
- Deliver inspiring virtual and face-to-face training sessions to support new colleagues during their first 3 months.
- Host weekly induction and welcome webinars for all new starters.
- Maintain, update, and enhance training materials to ensure content remains engaging, current, and compliant.
- Design and deliver effective onboarding and induction courses for new colleagues, using a range of technologies and blended learning methods.
- Build strong working relationships with managers to support each colleague’s onboarding journey.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and follow-up support to embed learning in the workplace and deliver an exceptional learning experience.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience delivering online and face-to-face onboarding or induction training programmes.
- Strong understanding of learning design principles and the ability to conduct Learning Needs Analysis.
- A genuine passion for people development and creating inclusive, engaging learning environments.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised, proactive, and confident in managing your own diary, travel, and training preparation.
- Comfortable using technology as part of blended training delivery.
- Willingness to travel nationally to deliver high-impact learning sessions.
