HR Administrator
We have a fantastic opportunity to join a long-established and respected group of companies at their Head Office in Luton. This role is ideal for an organised, discreet and professional HR Administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced, close-knit team.
Part Time | Permanent
Location: Luton
Salary: £28,000 per annum - £31,000 per annum FTE
Hours: 25 hours per week (Monday–Friday, hours to be discussed)
Responsibilities for HR Administrator
• Providing confidential HR administrative support across the business
• Managing high-level security clearance and vetting processes
• Liaising with external bodies including government and regulatory organisations
• Supporting the employee lifecycle including onboarding, contracts and leavers
• Maintaining accurate HR records in line with data protection requirements
• Assisting with training records, absence tracking and payroll administration

What we’re looking for in a HR Administrator
• Strong administrative experience with excellent attention to detail
• Experience handling confidential and sensitive information
• Confident communication skills and strong organisation
• Microsoft Office experience
• Previous HR or security-clearance administration experience (desirable)
