Student Recruitment Manager – United Kingdom
We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Student Recruitment Manager to support growth across our OnCampus Centres. This role focuses on building strong agent partnerships, converting applications into enrolments, and achieving agreed student recruitment and revenue targets.
Key responsibilities include:

Recruiting students through an international agent network and partner institutions

Appointing, training and managing recruitment agents across agreed regions

Supporting recruitment activities such as fairs, webinars, interviews and centre visits

Working closely with Sales, Admissions, Marketing and Academic teams to maximise conversion

Providing market intelligence, performance reporting and maintaining accurate CRM records
About you:

Degree educated (or equivalent)

At least 1 year’s experience in a sales role (higher education or international education desirable)

Strong relationship management and communication skills

Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable working independently

Fluent in English
