What you will be doing...You’ll be at the heart of our HR operation, delivering high-quality, employee-focused support across the full employee lifecycle. Expect to make a real impact by:
- Acting as the first point of contact for all HR queries, providing timely, professional support
- Managing the HR inbox and ensuring a smooth, responsive service for employees and managers
- Delivering accurate, efficient administrative support to the wider HR team and local branches
- Maintaining and updating HR systems to keep processes streamlined and tech-enabled
- Supporting Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and HR Shared Services
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the employee experience
This role is central to keeping our HR function running smoothly and ensuring colleagues across the firm receive exceptional support.
Who we are looking for…You’ll shine in this role if you’re:
- Organised, enthusiastic, and confident juggling multiple priorities
- Experienced in HR admin or recruitment admin within a busy environment
- Skilled in written communication, with strong IT ability (especially Microsoft Office and Excel)
- Comfortable handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Keen to learn, grow, and develop your HR knowledge
- Familiar with HR systems such as iTrent or People First (desirable, not essential)
- Working towards or interested in a qualification like CIPD Level 3 (also desirable)
