HR Advisor / Manager
- Annual Salary: £40,000 - £45,000pa
- Location: Hybrid (Travel across local sites - must be a driver)
- Job Type: Full-time - 6 month FTC or Permanent
Reed HR have partnered with a fantastic company who are seeking an experienced HR professional to be the primary point of contact for all people-related activities within a dynamic organisation. This role is ideal for a self-led individual with substantial experience in employee relations and organisational change, who thrives in managing diverse HR projects and driving high-performing cultures.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide day-to-day advice and guidance on HR processes to the leadership team.
- Support and advise on recruitment processes, revise job descriptions, and manage the appointment process for successful applicants.
- Own and manage the company's performance management frameworks, ensuring consistent delivery across the business.
- Drive excellence and efficiency in people processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and managing contractual changes.
- Manage employee relations issues including performance, attendance, disciplinary, and grievance matters.
- Support organisational changes including TUPE legislation and redundancy processes.
- Ensure accuracy in HRIS and payroll databases, and support with the collation of payroll information.
- Coordinate internal communications, employee gatherings, and events to foster a positive working culture.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in an HR role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and employee relations.
- Experience with HRIS and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong ability to listen, manage diverse viewpoints, and use emotional intelligence in decision-making.
- Excellent organisational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and a team player who can lead by example.
