Job Title: Legal Recruitment Coordinator

The role
In your new role as a Legal Recruitment Coordinator, you will support the end-to-end lateral recruitment and graduate recruitment lifecycle alongside the Legal Recruitment Manager. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing operational support across lateral hiring, ensuring timely interview scheduling, communication and process administration.
- Liaising and building relationships with legal search firms and ensuring consistency on documentation and interview arrangements.
- Coordinating with wider HR team to conduct pre-employment steps.
- Assisting with the annual graduate programme cycle, including vacation scheme and training contract processes.
- Supporting campus engagement logistics by coordinating university events, maintaining event calendars, preparing marketing materials and handling event registrations.
- Supporting the delivery of open days and recruitment webinars.
What do you need?
In order to be successful in this role you will need:
- Previous experience working within a global law firm in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Demonstrated ability to work confidently and collaboratively.
