The opportunity;As Head of HR for the Group, you will lead an ambitious and committed HR function of four, supporting their growth and ensuring the highest standards across all HR operations. You will be the trusted advisor for the Management Board across the Group and lead on all people related matters.This is an exceptional opportunity to shape a diverse, multi disciplinary workforce and develop people strategies that directly enhance organisational performance. You’ll combine strategic leadership with hands on delivery, thriving in a fast paced and dynamic environment.Key elements of the role include;
- Creating and delivering progressive, impactful people strategies aligned to our Group goals.
- Coaching, developing and empowering the HR team, driving excellence in all HR operations, systems, processes and compliance.
- Supporting the Safeguarding and EDI teams to ensure that best practice is embedded across the business.
- Leading talent, performance, succession planning and workforce development.
- Partnering with the Management Board and people managers, supporting change, resolving people challenges, and enabling continuous improvement.
