Reward Manager - 12 months FTC
I am partnering with a fast paced, commercially driven organisation seeking an experienced Reward Manager to join their high impact reward function. This is an opportunity to shape and deliver reward initiatives across a broad international landscape, supporting both business as usual activity and a suite of strategic global projects.
Based in London - both hybrid and remote options available.
£80000 - £90000K +benefits

Key Responsibilities Global Reward Frameworks & Governance - Maintain and refine global reward policies and frameworks, ensuring consistency across multiple countries while accommodating local market needs.
- Advise senior leaders and HR teams on reward decisions that balance commercial priorities with compliance and fairness.
- Support governance activity, including preparation of materials and analysis for executive level reward decision-making.
Compensation, Job Architecture & Incentives - Lead global job evaluation and job levelling activity using recognised methodologies (e.g. Hay, Mercer).
- Manage annual reward cycles including salary review, bonus planning and incentive allocations.
- Contribute to the design and governance of incentive schemes, with particular value placed on experience in sales incentive environments.
- Support executive compensation processes, including long term incentives and share based programmes.
Benefits & Global Programme Management - Oversee administration of global benefits programmes, ensuring consistency and quality across markets.
- Review and enhance benefits offerings, balancing competitiveness, cost and local expectations.
- Collaborate with local HR teams and external partners to ensure smooth delivery and employee experience.
Reward Operations & Payroll Interface - Provide reward input into payroll processes where applicable.
- Experience with global payroll operations or implementation of new payroll systems is a welcome advantage (but not essential).
Data, Reporting & Insight - Produce accurate and timely reward reporting for senior stakeholders.
- Support pay equity assessments, compliance submissions and reward governance reporting.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and comfort working in a dynamic, fast moving environment.
Stakeholder Engagement - Act as a trusted advisor to HRBPs, Finance and senior leaders across the business.
- Influence effectively without large team infrastructure.
- Balance strategic oversight with hands on delivery.
Essential Experience - Strong track record in global reward roles supporting multiple countries.
- Exposure to RemCo activity, executive compensation and long term incentive/share plans.
- Deep expertise in job evaluation and job levelling frameworks.
- Comfortable working independently, prioritising with clarity and delivering at pace.
- Solid grounding in compensation, benchmarking, governance and reward operations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Pragmatic, commercially aware and confident navigating international complexity.
- Enjoys autonomy, accountability and a "progress over perfection" culture.
Highly Desirable - Experience in sales led businesses or with sales incentive design.
- Background in global benefits review and optimisation.
- Experience in global payroll operations or system rollouts.
- Experience refining or building sales-specific reward programmes.
Qualifications - CIPD (or equivalent professional qualification/experience) preferred.
