What you'll do:
As a Learning Management System Cooordinator based in Crewe, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital learning landscape for the organisation. Your daily activities will centre around supporting colleagues at every stage of their learning journey-whether it's helping them navigate the LMS platform or collaborating with teams to create engaging content. You'll be instrumental in driving participation in e-learning programmes by facilitating onboarding sessions, monitoring system performance, and recommending improvements based on user feedback.
