- Assist in maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Support recruitment processes, including posting job adverts and coordinating interviews.
- Prepare and manage HR documentation, such as contracts and onboarding materials.
- Provide administrative support for employee training and development programmes.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Process payroll information and maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
- Collaborate with the HR team to improve processes and efficiency.
Profile
A successful HR Administrator should have:
- Previous experience in an administrative or HR-related role.
- Experience working within a school / education
- Knowledge of HR processes and employment legislation.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
