A HR Business Partner to:
- Work collaboratively with the HR Director in transforming the HR function and establish a more strategic business partnering model
- Support with the implementation of a new HR and Payroll System
- Drive organisation change
- Be a strong partner to your client group during a time of growth
- Coach and advise the wider business on HR best practice and solutions
- Lead on employee relation casework in collaboration with the wider team
- Use data to provide recommendations and inform decisions
- Operational and Strategic activities
- Lead on change management and restructures if required
Profile
An HR Business Partner with:
- Previous HR Partnering experience
- Previous experience leading complex ER casework
- Ability to use data to influence decisions
- Open to all sectors
