We’re looking for an HR Generalist to support the delivery of our Construction Local Labour Agreement (CLLA) for a major project in Bristol. This role focuses on community engagement, local employment initiatives, and supporting priority groups into construction careers.
You’ll work closely with site teams, HR colleagues, contractors and local partners to organise career events, site visits, apprenticeships and outreach programmes. You will also monitor and report on project progress, ensuring all commitments under the CLLA are met.
What you’ll do:• Lead and coordinate all Construction Local Labour Agreement related activities• Build strong partnerships with local authorities, colleges and training providers• Develop community engagement and recruitment initiatives• Support contractors in meeting their apprenticeship and local employment commitments• Organise site visits, careers fairs and outreach events• Produce accurate weekly and monthly reports for internal and external stakeholders
About you:• 2+ years’ experience in a similar role or transferable skills• Strong organisational, communication and relationship-building skills• Confident reporting, presenting and managing information• Excellent attention to detail and Microsoft Office skills
