The Opportunity

They are now looking for a People Operations / HR Administrator to join their UK People team. This role offers the chance to be at the heart of the People function, supporting colleagues across the business while gaining exposure to enterprise-level HR systems and processes.
The Role
You will work closely with People Business Partners, Advisers, Payroll and Systems teams, providing hands-on HR administration across the employee lifecycle. This includes onboarding, contractual changes, leaver processes, HR data audits, and supporting system updates and improvements.
Key Responsibilities
People Operations & HR Administration
- Act as a first point of contact for HR and People Systems queries
- Manage employee lifecycle transactions including starters, changes, leave and leavers
- Support onboarding and ensure right-to-work checks and documentation are complete
- Prepare and issue contractual documentation and employee correspondence
- Maintain accurate HR records and electronic filing systems
- Liaise with Payroll to ensure accurate and timely data transfer
- Manage and respond to queries via a ticketing system
HR Systems, Data & Process Improvement
- Provide support for the HR system (Workday or similar)
- Run audits, reports and data checks to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Assist with system updates and testing new configurations
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
About You
- Previous experience in HR, People Operations, or HR Administration
- Understanding of the employee lifecycle and core HR processes
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information
- Experience using HR systems (Workday experience desirable but not essential)
- Strong Excel and MS Office skills
- Proactive, collaborative, and confident in a fast-paced environment
