People Partner
- Colchester every Wednesday then travel to other offices for two other days (these are based within Mid Essex)
- Up to £54,700 per annum depending on experience

We are seeking a strategic People Partner to join our dynamic team. This role involves contributing People expertise to business decision-making and developing innovative people solutions to support business plans and strategy. You will work closely with the Director, People Partnering, supporting the Group by providing specialised workforce-focused expertise and advice.
Job Purpose:
- Investigate, manage, and advise on complex and sensitive people issues, providing guidance to all levels within the organisation.
- Create insight, impact, and challenge to support positive change by working in partnership with management, being evidence-based, and outcomes-driven.
- Support the creation and embedding of excellent people practices, including reporting on workforce KPIs and taking action to improve these as required.
- Build and sustain people management capacity through effective coaching of managers in applying HR policy and practice.
- Lead change management and TUPE programmes, ensuring legal compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Relevant Degree level qualification or equivalent, Postgraduate Diploma in HR Management or significant demonstrable experience.
- CIPD qualified (level 7 Diploma) or significant demonstrable experience.
- Extensive experience in an HR generalist role, delivering a range of successful HR interventions.
- Strong knowledge of up-to-date employment law and related legislation.
- Proficient in IT – Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and achieve results through effective communication and presentation skills.
