A luxury hospitality organisation is seeking an Interim HR Manager to deliver hands-on, ER-heavy HR support within a fast-paced, operational environment, working five days onsite in London Borough. The role starts 18th February and will focus on high-volume employee relations casework, HR administration, and providing pragmatic support to line managers.

Description
- Managing a high volume of employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management and absence
- Providing clear, consistent advice to managers on ER processes and employment law
- Preparing documentation for hearings, investigations and outcomes
- Supporting investigations and ensuring accurate note-taking and follow-up
- Handling HR administration across the employee lifecycle (contracts, letters, changes, onboarding and exits)
- Maintaining HR records and ensuring data accuracy and compliance
- Acting as a hands-on HR lead within a busy, operational hospitality environment
Profile
- Proven experience operating at HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor level in ER-heavy roles
- Strong UK employment law knowledge with confidence managing complex and high-volume ER matters
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and comfort handling HR administration
- Comfortable working five days onsite in a fast-paced, service-led environment
- Calm, pragmatic and solutions-focused, with the resilience to handle challenging situations
- Available to start 18th February (or immediately around this date)
