We are currently recruiting for the newly-created role of HR Manager on behalf of a new client in the Education sector. Reporting to the People Director and working as part of a small HR team, you will lead HR for several client groups covering the full employee lifecycle, including, HR Operations and Administration, Employee Relations and HR Projects.
It goes without saying that you will have excellent technical knowledge and experience in HR, combining hands-on operational HR with HR Advisory/ER and stakeholder management skills. This is an exciting time to be joining, from the outset, this newly-formed HR team, working with a highly-regarded and progressive People Director.
