In this role, you'll design and deliver development programmes, support leadership capability, and partner with teams across the organisation to drive meaningful organisational growth.

What You'll Do* Design and facilitate engaging development programmes that strengthen leadership, management capability and personal growth.* Support teams with organisational development activities that promote a healthy, inclusive workplace culture.* Build trusted relationships with managers and senior leaders to understand their development needs.* Contribute to talent-related initiatives such as succession planning, career pathways and early-career development.* Deliver workshops and development sessions for both internal and external groups.* Produce reports and insights on learning and development activity to support planning and decision-making.
What You'll Bring* Strong facilitation skills and confidence working with groups at all levels.* Ability to analyse information, explore root causes and co-create solutions.* Proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to design and lead OD initiatives independently.* Excellent relationship-building skills with a collaborative mindset.* Commitment to ongoing professional development.
