Our client is a professional services business, with a strong reputation. Reporting to the Head of People (who is fantastic), the HR Administrator is central to ensuring a seamless employee experience, from onboarding through to day-to-day HR administration.
What you will be doing
- Support the full employee lifecycle from onboarding and induction through to leaver administration
- Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data in line with GDPR and internal policies
- Coordinate recruitment administration, including interview scheduling, candidate tracking and feedback
- Track key lifecycle dates such as probation reviews, benefit milestones and contract changes
- Support absence, training and employee relations administration, producing regular reports as required
- Administer employee benefits, recognition activity and internal communications
- Respond to employee queries, escalating where appropriate
What we are looking for
- Previous experience as an HR Administrator
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- A professional and discreet approach to handling sensitive and confidential information
- Confident working with HR systems (HRIS) and standard office software
- Working knowledge of GDPR requirements
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, approachable manner
