About the Assignment
We're supporting a global client undergoing a major change program, requiring the migration of various HR and Finance services from a central platform. This role is critical to ensuring operational continuity, and a compliant transition into the target‑state system landscape. You will play a central role in delivering this workstream - managing stakeholders across HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and 3rd‑party vendors, while overseeing the migration, cutover and transition activities.

Skills & Experience Required
Essential

Proven experience delivering Finance and or HR projects in large/global organisations.

Strong background in system migrations

Excellent stakeholder management, able to influence senior HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT leaders.

Experience running workshops, requirements gathering, and solution validation.

Strong governance discipline — RAID, critical path management, and programme reporting.

Confident managing 3rd‑party vendors and technical partners.

Strong understanding of Finance/HR/Payroll processes and dependencies
