Learning & Organisation Development Partner

Salary: £50,500-£59,000k per annum

Our client, a forward-thinking higher education institution, is seeking a Learning & Organisation Development Partner to join their dynamic People & Culture function. You'll play a key role in shaping an inclusive, high-performing environment where colleagues feel valued, empowered, and equipped to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, implement, and evaluate impactful learning and organisational development programmes that support personal, professional and leadership growth across the organisation.
- Work closely with leaders, HR Business Partners, and key stakeholders to understand capability needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and support talent development and succession planning.
- Proactively assess and respond to strategic and local learning needs, ensuring alignment with wider organisational goals.
- Lead discrete learning initiatives from inception to successful delivery, ensuring stakeholder engagement and measurable outcomes.
- Foster partnerships both internally and externally to enhance the quality and sustainability of their development offerings.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in developing and delivering learning, talent, and organisation development strategies and programmes within a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant experience in higher education or similar sectors.
- Demonstrable experience in managing projects and programmes end-to-end, diagnosing needs, analysing data, reporting findings and evaluating impact. Providing recommendations to support change and informed decision making.
- Experience in managing learning management systems with the ability to analyse data and write reports.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to demonstrate an understanding of equality and diversity, and its practical application in learning and organisation development.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent and/or holds a relevant professional qualification.
