A brand-new role has become available at our Screwfix site in Stafford as a Compliance Coordinator. This is a brand new role that relies on a confident and well-spoken individual, to communicate and plan compliance policy based on up-to-date legislation.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £28,000 per annum and 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays. This role will operate between Monday and Friday 08:00-16:00. What you'll do on a typical day:
- Develop and maintain a compliance dashboard and tracker for all statutory compliance, Minimize PNA’s
- Keep up to date with regulatory updates, policy changes or defect reports for key areas of the business as required
- Contact suppliers and contractors to ensure all RAMS and insurances are up to date and sufficient.
- Ensure all RAMS for Facilities team are up to date and track these to ensure they are reviewed by the team annually or when any changes.
- Ensure completed permits are done properly and issues are flagged and escalated to Manager.
- Liaise with internal stakeholder to ensure communication with all compliance updates & liaise with contractors to confirm competencies are sufficient and up to date.
- Carry out internal spot checks and audits to ensure procedures are being followed and help prepare site for audits.

- A critical eye for detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Zero tolerance when it comes to H&S and compliance.
