SF Partners are working exclusively with a blue collar business who require interim HR Business Partner to support while going through a period of change. Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 Site based/ Full time. We are seeking a hands on HR Business Partner to support a period of business transition on a fixed term contract. The organisation is undergoing significant structural change. You will provide day-to-day HR support, including handling employee relations matters and delivering high-quality documentation and process management. This role is ideal for an HR professional who can confidently operate in a fast-paced, change-heavy environment, balancing strategic thinking with detailed execution. Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end redundancy processes including - Provide hands-on support for a variety of ER matters including grievances and capability concerns. - Advise line managers on adhering to policy and process, ensuring best practice and legal compliance. - Prepare documentation, investigation notes, outcome letters and follow-up actions. - Maintain accurate HR records, tracking processes, outcomes and timelines. - Work closely with HR colleagues to ensure consistency of messaging and approach across sites. Experience & Skills Required - Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor in a fast-paced environment. - Strong background in redundancy. - Confident leading consultation meetings (individual and collective). - Strong employee relations experience, including grievance handling. - Ability to work independently and travel to multiple sites when required.
