Reed HR are partnering with a highly reputable client on the outskirts of Oxford, who seek to appoint an HR Business Partner on an ongoing basis through Spring, to provide cover during a period of staff absences. With a number of timeline critical HR tasks to be undertaken during the weeks ahead, this is a great opportunity to dive straight into the organisation and contribute immediately.
You will be the HR point of contact for one division of their business, engaging with all manner of staff for a range of employee relations duties, inclusive of performance reviews, medical reviews, disciplinaries, grievances and redundancies.
Ideally you will be CIPD Level 5 or 7 Qualified, and bring considerable HRBP experience from your recent employment. The role will offer hybrid working, but involve at least 3 days per week in the Oxford office, so availability is key.
Interviews will commence w/c 7th April, with a view to starting as soon as possible thereafter.
