Key responsibilities include:
- Lead day-to-day People Operations activity, ensuring accuracy, consistency and excellent service levels.
- Oversee data integrity across all HR systems and ensure end-to-end lifecycle processes run smoothly.
- Lead, coach and develop a small People Operations team.
- Support managers with complex or high-risk cases, providing clear guidance and documented processes.
- Oversee internal recruitment delivery, ensuring an efficient, timely and high-quality process.
- Produce regular People metrics and dashboards, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Maintain oversight of pay and reward processes, ensuring compliance and integrity.
- Lead continuous improvement activities across systems, processes and workflows.
- Support organisational design and development initiatives through data and operational delivery.
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience in HR/People Operations, with strong delivery across high-volume processes.
- Experience managing or coaching HR operations/administration teams.
- Strong background in employee relations casework.
- Experience improving HR systems, processes and data reporting.
- Recruitment operations experience including workflow management and candidate experience.
- Exposure to organisational design activity.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Highly organised, resilient and able to balance multiple priorities.
- Practical, solutions-focused approach with an inclusive, empathetic style.
- CIPD Level 5 (desirable, not essential) or equivalent experience.
