My client is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to provide professional support across a busy and fast paced environment. You will work closely with managers to deliver high quality advice, lead on employee relations, support organisational change and ensure best practice across all HR processes.
Key responsibilities include:• Providing expert guidance on employee relations and HR policies.• Supporting managers with performance, absence and coaching.• Leading on HR projects and contributing to continuous improvement.• Building strong relationships and supporting strategic HR decisions.
What we are looking for:• Proven experience as an HRBP or senior HR advisor.• Strong understanding of employment law.• Confident, proactive and able to work independently.
