Reporting to the Group Head of Talent, you will join a collaborative and supportive team, playing a key role in overseeing recruitment activity. This fast-paced Talent Acquisition role is ideal for someone who is proactive, resilient, highly organised, and passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience
Key responsibilities will include:
- Act as the first point of contact for all recruitment-related queries across the Group, including drafting, editing, and posting job adverts
- Support hiring managers with interview coordination and candidate correspondence
- Assist with the organisation and delivery of recruitment fairs and promotional events
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for future opportunities
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of pre-employment documentation
- Contribute to the production of regular and ad hoc recruitment reports
- Liaise with the training team to coordinate and support employee inductions
The successful candidate will have proven experience working in a fast-paced recruitment environment. You will be a confident and capable recruiter, able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining high standards of delivery.
Strong stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to build effective working relationships with hiring managers. You will be proactive and curious in your approach, with confidence in direct sourcing techniques and experience using a range of applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage recruitment processes efficiently.
