We are seeking an experienced Human Resources & People Manager with a strong generalist background and the ability to operate both strategically and hands-on. You will lead on employee relations, performance management, recruitment and policy development, while driving a positive, inclusive and high-performing culture aligned to the organisation’s mission.
You will take ownership of the people strategy, support senior stakeholders with insightful reporting and data and ensure robust HR processes are in place across the full employee lifecycle. This role also requires someone who can balance empathy and support with accountability, fostering a collaborative environment while maintaining a clear focus on performance and organisational goals.
