HR Administrator Permanent Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm Stoke on Trent £25,402.68 + benefits Reporting into the HR & Recruitment Manager, the HR Administrator will play a key role in supporting the delivery of HR services across the organisation. Working as part of a professional and supportive HR team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring HR processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with best practice. This role offers excellent exposure to a wide range of HR activities, making it ideal for someone looking to develop and progress their career within Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support across all areas of the employee lifecycle
- Assist with onboarding, documentation, and maintaining accurate employee records
- Support recruitment and HR processes as required
- Ensure all HR data is handled with accuracy and confidentiality
- Act as a point of contact for internal HR-related queries
- Support continuous improvement of HR systems and processes
Desired skills and experience- Previous experience within an HR or administrative role is desirable
- Ideally working towards, or holding, a Level 3 CIPD qualification
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Professional, discreet, and confident handling of confidential information
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, with a willingness to learn and develop within HR
