About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and people‑focused individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Recruitment Account Manager. You’ll be trained to manage client accounts, source top talent, and support the full recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow client accounts by understanding hiring needs and delivering excellent service

Source, screen, and interview candidates across a variety of roles

Build strong relationships with both clients and candidates

Coordinate the recruitment process from job briefing to offer stage

Write and post job adverts, manage applications, and maintain candidate pipelines

Provide market insights and support clients with hiring strategies

Meet and exceed KPIs and targets related to placements, activity, and client satisfaction

Maintain accurate records using CRM and recruitment systems
