Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first line of HR support via a ticketing system and shared inbox, responding to a wide range of queries
- Triage and manage employee relations cases, escalating where appropriate
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers on absence management and day-to-day HR matters
- Support on a variety of ER cases, ensuring compliance with company policy and employment legislation
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all casework is logged and tracked effectively
