Role Overview

We are recruiting for an experienced HR Administrator to provide efficient and proactive administrative support within a busy Human Resources function. This role supports HR Business Partners and the wider HR team, ensuring HR processes run smoothly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update the HR system, including changes relating to contracts, sickness, absence and personnel updates
Administer end-to-end recruitment processes, including coordination of interviews, pre-employment checks and contract preparation
Support agency worker recruitment and associated administration
Provide comprehensive administrative support across HR and organisational development activities
Draft standard HR correspondence and maintain template documentation
Manage confidential records in line with data protection requirements
Respond to HR and recruitment mailbox queries, resolving or redirecting as appropriate
Coordinate occupational health referrals and related administration
Support leaver processes, probation administration and reference requests
Maintain accurate filing, archiving and record-keeping systems
