Part-Time HR Director & Professional Development Mentor- Southampton- £70K FTE
A growing organisation is seeking an experienced HR Director to provide strategic and hands-on HR support on a part-time basis (2 days per week).
The Role
- Act as a strategic HR advisor to leadership
- Mentor and develop the current HR team member
- Support key HR projects and improve processes and policies
- Provide practical, day-to-day HR guidance as needed
About You
- Proven senior HR leadership experience
- CIPD Level 7 qualified
- Strong blend of strategic and operational HR skills
- Passionate about mentoring and developing others
