- Lead both strategic and operational HR delivery
- Manage employee relations and complex casework
- Oversee recruitment, retention, and staff wellbeing
- Handle staff investigations and safeguarding matters (KCSIE)
- Ensure HR compliance, policies, and the Single Central Record
- Coach and support senior leaders and line managers
About You
- Must have HR experience within education
- Proven ability in a hands-on, strategic HR role
- Strong knowledge of employment law and safeguarding
- Confident managing complex ER issues and advising senior stakeholders
