With people and culture at the heart of everything they do, this growing business is now looking to appoint a People & Culture Administrator to support their HR function and help deliver an exceptional employee experience across the full employee lifecycle.

The Role
Reporting into the People & Culture team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring HR processes run smoothly, records are accurate, and employees receive a professional and positive experience from onboarding through to exit.
This is an office-based role at the company’s Head Office in Norwich.
Key Responsibilities
HR Support & Administration
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records across HR systems and personnel files
- Update employee data including starters, leavers, contractual changes, absence, and payroll inputs
- Issue and store contracts, variation letters, and HR documentation correctly
- Ensure GDPR and data protection compliance
- Support HR reporting, audits, and data accuracy
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Support recruitment administration including posting vacancies, booking interviews, and candidate communication
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding: offers, contracts, starter paperwork, and inductions
- Process right-to-work checks, references, and pre-employment screening
- Liaise internally to ensure new starters are set up with access, equipment, and permissions
- Support compliant offboarding processes and leaver documentation
Training & Development
- Administer training activities including course bookings and attendance tracking
- Maintain training and compliance records
- Support internal workshops and development initiatives
General HR Support
- Act as a first point of contact for basic HR and people queries
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the People & Culture team
- Assist with HR projects, reporting, and continuous process improvement
About You
Essential
- Previous experience in an HR or administration role
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Competent using Microsoft Office and HR systems
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
Desirable
- Experience using HR or people management systems
- CIPD Level 3 (or working towards)
- Experience supporting training administration or learning platforms
