My client is based in central Norwich and are looking for an experiencedHR generalist to join their team, with an immediate start. Working closely with managers you will provide support across the full employee lifecycle, provide confident, legally sound advice, and help shape great people practices across the organisation. Your role will include:
- Advise on recruitment, performance, absence and employee relations
- Manage a broad range of HR casework
- Support managers through change and build their HR capability
- Help develop policies, processes and HR systems
- Deliver training and promote self-service ways of working
The person we are looking for:
- Strong HR experience in a fast-paced environment
- Solid knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent)
- A practical, collaborative and solutions-focused approach
