Permanent Opportunity – Learning & Leadership Continuous Improvement Support
I’m currently recruiting for a permanent role within a Leadership Academy environment, supporting leadership and learning programmes in a purpose-led public-sector setting.
Role overview
- Permanent position
- Location: New Scotland Yard and the University of London
- Hybrid working: 4 days office-based, 1 day working from home
- Salary: £35,228 per annum, including London weighting of £3,009

About the role
This is a hands-on support role within a learning design team — not a general administrative or PA role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the continuous improvement of leadership development programmes
- Reviewing feedback and helping to inform design improvements and iterations
- Updating and improving learning materials, including PowerPoint content
- Working closely with designers, subject-matter experts and delivery teams

Vetting requirement
As this role sits within a sensitive environment, pre-employment vetting is required.
