Client Details
This is a role within a large organisation operating in the public sector. The company is known for its focus on delivering impactful services and maintaining high standards across the organisation.
Description
The Continuous Improvement Support role will help shape, refine and enhance leadership development programmes across the organisation's Leadership Academy. This role focuses on improving the quality, accessibility and learner experience of existing leadership programmes, ensuring they remain relevant, engaging and aligned with organisational priorities.
You will work closely with programme managers, facilitators, quality assurance teams and subject-matter experts to review feedback, analyse insight and implement practical improvements across face-to-face, virtual and on-demand learning. This is a hands-on improvement role rather than a delivery or facilitation post.
The Continuous Support duties will include:
- Reviewing and improving leadership programme content across multiple formats
- Using learner and facilitator feedback to drive evidence-based content improvements
- Enhancing user experience and accessibility of learning materials, particularly online
- Working collaboratively with SMEs, QA teams and programme leads to implement changes
- Monitoring feedback trends and evaluating the impact of content iterations
- Acting as a point of contact for leadership learning content and quality queries
- Keeping content aligned with organisational values, policy changes and best practice
- Horizon-scanning for new and innovative leadership development approaches
Profile
You'll be a confident, detail-focused learning professional with a strong improvement mindset. You enjoy making good learning better and are comfortable refining and updating content over time.
You should bring:
- Experience in learning design, curriculum development or content improvement
- Understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles
- Experience using feedback, evaluation or data to improve learning quality
- Strong written communication and storytelling skills
- Confidence working with a wide range of stakeholders, including SMEs and facilitators
- High attention to detail and commitment to inclusive, accessible learning design
- Strong IT skills, particularly PowerPoint, Word and LMS platforms
Experience in leadership development, continuous improvement, or complex organisational environments is desirable. Familiarity with immersive or digital learning tools is a bonus but not essential.
This role is ideal for someone from Learning & Development, instructional design or quality/improvement who wants to focus on improving learner experience and content quality. It is less suited to candidates whose experience is purely facilitation or delivery-focused.
Job Offer
The Continuous Improvement Support role will have a starting salary of £35,000 - £39,000 plus excellent benefits.
Please note, you will be required to attend the office 4 days a week.
