A global not-for-profit organisation are looking for an Interim Senior HR Generalist to join on an interim basis as short notice. The role is based in London with hybrid working.

Description
An Interim Senior HR Generalist to:
- Support the organisation after a period of growth and partner with the HR Director to develop the global HR infrastructure
- Review employee experience and refresh the organisations existing values to develop and embed a cultural shift
- Assess if the HRIS is fit for purpose and how it's usage and functionality could be improved to enhance effectiveness and efficiency
- Ensure underlying processes are fit for purpose and update where required
- Develop a policy framework and ensure all policies are compliant for each country
- Establish stronger working relationships with the wider organisation to develop accountability to managers
- Develop and implement best practices globally
- Experience of leading employee relations casework
- Create better alignment and collaboration on a global scale
- Provide informal coaching and mentoring to the HR team
- Review the impact of HR initiatives on organisational effectiveness and engagement
Profile
An Interim Senior HR Generalist with:
- Global HR generalist experience essential
- Understanding of international employment law desirable
- Experience working in Not for profit, a mission driven organisation and/or SME experience desirable
- Language skills beneficial
Job Offer
Interim Senior HR Generalist
£70-£85,000 day rate equivalent dependent on experience
Start mid May
Based in London with 2/3 days a week in the office
