Human Resources Business Partner – The Role
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you'll work with managers and senior stakeholders to embed people strategy, enhance colleague experience and drive performance. Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll combine strategic insight with hands-on delivery, using data to support all stages of the employee lifecycle and achieve strong business outcomes.
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver people plans aligned to business goals, mitigate risks and build strong cross-functional relationships while promoting company culture
- Lead employee relations, manage cases, coach managers, and ensure consistent, legally compliant application of policies
- Drive performance management, talent development, succession planning, and support recruitment, onboarding, engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion initiatives
- Support organisational change and continuous improvement across the business
- Use people data and metrics to generate insight, inform decisions, and provide day-to-day HR guidance while maintaining accurate records
Human Resources Business Partner – What are we looking for?
- CIPD qualified or equivalent qualification, operational experience is desirable.
- Up to date with legislation/custom and practice knowledge and practical application
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external contacts at all levels
- Enjoy problem solving and challenging the status quo
- A ‘can do' attitude and a proactive manner willing to take responsibility/ownership
- Resilient and able to influence
- Excellent organisational skills with an ability to work to deadlines and within
- defined standards.
