processes and making them better, smarter, and more efficient.This role is perfect for someone who: Loves optimising HR processes Knows their way around Workday Advanced Compensation Enjoys working with stakeholders to turn “this isn’t working” into “this works brilliantly”You’ll be leading improvements across reward and benefits technology, supporting everything from compensation structures and reporting to global benefits and partner compensation.A big part of the role is collaborating with HR teams, leaders, analytics, and external partners, to make sure reward processes are compliant, efficient, and user-friendly.Expect to be: Driving continuous improvement Leading system enhancements and testing Supporting HR teams with guidance and training Championing best practice and compliance across multiple regions
