Elevation HR are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist on a temporary basis to support our Engineering Client on a 3 to 4 month basis. This is a hands-on role supporting high-volume recruitment, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping multiple moving parts running smoothly.
You’ll play a key role in delivering an efficient and positive candidate experience from initial screening through to onboarding. Asa Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for:
- Managing high-volume recruitment activity to set up a brand new contact centre
- Conduct screening calls to assess candidate suitability and alignment
- Carry out check-in calls to maintain engagement throughout the process
- Organise and support assessment centres end-to-end
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Provide onboarding support to ensure a smooth candidate journey
About You:
- Experienced in high-volume or fast-paced recruitment environments
- Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
- Be immediately available
