HR Casework Advisor
- Hourly Rate: G6 (£14.82) and G8 (£18.35)
- Location: WF1, Wakefield
- Job Type: Temporary, Full-time
We are seeking an HR Casework Advisor to provide professional, solutions-focused advice on a range of complex and sensitive HR casework. This role is ideal for someone who can support and coach managers in confidently applying HR policies to achieve fair outcomes.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide HR advice on various casework including conduct and disciplinary issues, performance and capability, attendance and sickness management, harassment & bullying, mediation and resolution, probation, recruitment, terms & conditions, whistleblowing, high-profile and safeguarding cases.
- Coach and support managers to ensure they understand and can effectively apply HR policies.
- Lead and support on complex Employee Relations (ER) cases as needed.
- Ensure all casework is handled with confidentiality and sensitivity, adhering to legal and organisational standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in HR administration, particularly in supporting casework advisors on complex ER cases.
- Proven experience in leading some ER casework independently.
- Minimum of CIPD Level 3 qualification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively with various stakeholders.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
