The Role
As an Internal Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality hires across the business. Working closely with hiring managers, you’ll manage roles end-to-end while ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience.
You’ll be hands-on, proactive, and confident managing multiple roles in a fast-moving environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing through to offer
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements and priorities
- Sourcing candidates directly through job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Screening and assessing candidates to ensure quality and fit
- Coordinating interviews and managing the candidate journey
- Supporting employer branding and attraction strategies
- Maintaining accurate data within the ATS and tracking recruitment activity
Who You Are
- Experience in internal or agency recruitment
- Confident managing multiple vacancies at pace
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
- A strong communicator who builds effective relationships with stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
