Key duties include:
- Full administrative ownership of the employee lifecycle management process
- Build relationships throughout the business, with leadership and employees throughout the spectrum
- Drive an exceptional employee journey experience through A grade customer service and interaction with HR Ops
- Recruitment Coordination and Administration
- Ongoing upkeep and management of employee journey data and reporting via extensive interaction with the HRIS
- General HR Administration to support the team
A wonderful leadership team is in place, and this person will have impressive professionals to learn from in abundance. You should already be on your HR journey, but the business is flexible as to the level of experience they need - although you should have a growing knowledge of the Administrative and Operational responsibilities of an HR function and what's expected of it by employees and leadership alike.
